The Brain!
Melbourne Brain Genome Project

This form enables uploading of a file of genes and their respective abundance, which are then analysed to determine which genes are significantly expressed. The file must be in the following format:

Gene First_data_set Second_data_set
A 22 4
B 6 8
C 0 3

Note - the first column can either contain gene names, for example Aire, NM_013593, or the tag sequence, e.g. aaaagctgca. The file should just consist of tags and counts, no header information should be included. Further information on the statistical test can be found here. The adjustment method is documented online here.
