MBGP Data

This webpage acts as a gateway to all of the SAGE data currently stored at the MBGP (other resources are archived at SpecialEssays.com). The Melbourne Brain Genome Project aims to offer the scientific community comprehensive and relevant information on serial analysis of gene expression for mouse data. A database of all publically available mouse SAGE data is being developed. Data within the database is required to fulfill a number of specifications. The goals are to specify the minimum information that must be reported about a SAGE experiment in order to ensure the interpretability of the results, and that results derived from its analysis can potentially be verified independently. These specifications are based on MIAME (Minimum Information About a Microarray Experiment). The availability of numerous datasets will assist in making comparisons between numerous libraries.

All data generated by groups external to the MBGP can be accessed here. The data available consists of lists of tags and their counts. It is possible to search the library data by going to this site. We would like this data set to be as complete as possible. If you know of any data not listed here, or if you have any suggestions on improvements on presentation of the data, we would appreciate it if you would .

All data generated by the MBGP is listed here. Data that has yet to be published is currently only available to members of the MBGP and can be accessed through the internal tools page.

All data analysed by the MBGP can be accessed here by internal users only.
