No evidence for core-binding factor CBFβ as a leukemia predisposing factor in chromosome 16q22-linked familial AML

Green signals, hybridisation of BAC clone RPCI11-361L15 containing the CBFβ gene to the long arm of chromosome 16; red signals, hybridisation of control BAC clone RPCI11-50D22 to the short arm of chromosome 16.
No loss of signal intensity is seen for the hybridisation of CBFβ suggesting that there is no deletion and no loss of heterozygosity.
